VII EDITION
As I wrote in some places on the forum and talked with friends, he is already very "hungry" for successes in U21, I'm not satisfied with the participation in the World Cup and the Presidents want trophies on the shelves in their offices, so if I win with Bulgaria in the first round, I'lll fight for the victory throughout the tournament. He's very heavily staffed, almost all are the best in Part A and the knockout round gives it more prestige
How it was so far your friendlies season?
3 wins in 3 matches, therefore I should't complain, but looking at it realistically, especially the match with Israel, I didn't come out and it was more Israel who did everything to finally lose than I did everything to win. In every game, I always play for the victory and for the ranking points.
What we all can expect from your team on next qualifying round?
I think that I have a team with greater potential than in the previous 2 seasons, I'll be drawn from the first basket, so I would like to win my group and at the end of the season to score a minimum of 100 points in the ranking (already 6 times in a row)
Next season the VIII Edition of Nations Cup will come who knows with your National Team. Any suggestion to this tournament?
I think that the organization of the Nations Cup is better than the World Cup, so you already have my application (as long as I will be working with some u21 team )

My real name is Nicola, I live in Milan, Italy. I'm 35 years old, I have a girlfriend and no children at the moment. I'm an Engineer and I work for an Italian Electric Company. I have been playing PM for many years, from 3rd season in Italy but I quit the game for personal problems for a few seasons two years ago. I play in Serie A from 4 seasons ago.In the past I was assistant manager of Dan84 winning WC with Italy.
This is the third edition of U21-NC. What is your opinion of this event?
I think it's a very good idea, useful and permitting to compete with many other strong nations.
In future do you think its possible your community co-organize this event?
Yes, It's possible, we can co-operate easily.
Expectations for your U21 Team?
My new Under21 team is a good team but not so good as the previous one.
Favorites to win this edition?
Favourites are Portugal Turkey I think.
In real life we have the Euro soon. For you which are the favorites to win and expectations for this event also?
In Euro 2012 my favourite is Germany, a very good and young team. Spain is the second one, with fantastic midfielders but they don't have so good forward I think. Italy is a team with very good midfielders but we have young forward except Cassano whom was injured since 30 days ago..so.. maybe we'll arrive in semifinal.

Hello everyone, I RagMirco, I live in Biella (between Turin and Milan), 34 years married and have a daughter. PManager game for 5 years, are the second spell as head coach of Italy U21.
This is the third edition of U21-NC. For you is the first participation. What led you to participate?
It 'was to join those who preceded me (digre, now head coach of the Spain U21). We say that is a great opportunity to see our chances with this group.
What do you think about your group?
Group insidious. On paper, Israel and Chile, we are almost on the same level, but it uses a lot of attention given to Slovakia.
Your goals for this edition?
When you train in Italy and do whatever the goal is always to win the competition.
Favorites to win this edition?
Who won the AA group (Turkey, Spain, Greece and Serbia) is the favorite
Expectations for the qualifying round?
Expectations for my group? Win of course.

About Italy is a good bet (ahahahah. ...) I'd like Portugal. It 's grown a lot the level of the Primeira Liga as well as the super-players abroad. Spain still team to beat.

It's a beatifull thing,no doubt.
Do you think that the opponents are suited to that you usually planed in the friendly matches?
Under this aspect, can always improve;but for me,yes,as it is now it's okay.
What do you think about the rule of using only 3U21 players?
Is right, it's the same thing that I do without the Nations Cup.
There are strong players, but for reasons of age, do not match and can not possibly go to a World Cup;although I believe that for smaller nations is more damage.
Your expectations for the Nations Cup?
simply..win..i don't like to lose and also italy need to do many points for the ranking.
And for the next qualifying rounds?
It's hard..there are very strong team like a actual U-21 champion,turkey and other nations as romania and bulgaria..There will be fun.

Turkey,only because is the U-21 champions :D
