VII EDITION
RANKING: #26
MANAGER: Manau
VII Edition of this event and what your's team expectations?
Trying to avoid the wooden spoon.
How it was so far your friendlies season?
Not so good for my expectations. But to be realistic, with the level of our team and our opponents, is not so bad.
What we all can expect from your team on next qualifying round?
I will try my best to give us the golden ticket. But to be realistic (again) I see us finish 3/4 in a group. This generation is not good as the one before. Switzerland is a small community, so if you are not lucky with your young pulls, the U-21 doesn't have a lot of options.
Next season the VIII Edition of Nations Cup will come who knows with your National Team. Any suggestion to this tournament?
Nope it is my first participation so I will see. It look fun so it all I can say now.

This is the second edition of Nations Cup. What do you think about this competition?
It is great to have a competition organized, that makes you play against teams of your level without worries about organising friendlies.
Do you think that the opponents are suited to that you usually planed in the friendly matches?
Yes, we have Iceland, Slovakia and Finland... All teams that are at our level, and this is cool.
What do you think about the rule of using only 3U21 players?
Well for sure it doesn't help the little communities... For us it could become a problem, but we will fight for sure for all 90 minutes every match.
Your expectations for the Nations Cup?
Win it obviously... I'm joking, I will be happy if we win the first 3 matches and then we will see...
And for the next qualifying rounds?
The goal is the qualification... We don't have our best U21 ever, but we can do some good things as usual.
Favorites to win Nations Cup?
Well... The obvious favourite is Turkey, but I think that Romania will have something to say, and Italy too if my friend digre has learned something from his mentor ;)
Something else you want to add?
Thanks cure for the organization
