First of all can you tell us something about yourself?
Of course! I have been on this game for quite a while, I can't really remember how many years ago I started, funny fact is, my first team was banned for playing in the same household as my brother did lol! Anyways, I'm a Finance Major and currently pursuing a Masters Degree, which has taken a toll on my activities within the PManager community.
This is the third edition of U21-NC. What is your opinion of this event?
It's a fantastic event! It's a fun way to arrange friendlies and compete within that atmosphere of wanting to win and not only give exp to the players of the nations.
In future do you think its possible your community co-organize this event?
It would be hard for us, considering there's not that many active people on our community. Considering the ones that actually participate, it might be possible but it would take a lot of effort from our part to do so.
Expectations for your U21 Team?
I know our U-21 lacks what the best teams in PM do, being a small community its pretty hard to have high expectations, but I do wish to see our team fighting against the opponents at our best and try to take wins when we can.
Favorites to win this edition?
There really are three teams I expect to be at the top of this competitions, Portugal, Spain and Turkey. Sorry to not deviate from what's expected lol.
In real life we have the Euro soon. For you which are the favorites to win and expectations for this event also?
I would love for England to win the cup, but I believe Holland will.
Something else to add?
Hey, Mexico is in the championship game of the Promises of Tulon (sp?) after beating Holland 4-2! =D

First of all can you tell us something about yourself?
Hello to everyone I am the manager of Huascato, I don't have a lot of time in this game but this is my second period leading the Sub-21 of Mexico, in the real life I'm a Civil Engenier and I like alot this game.
This is the third edition of U21-NC. For you is the first participation. What led you to participate?
I saw the last edition of the U-21 NC and I thaut that this wold be a good idea to participate in this edition and it's a interesting cup.
What do you think about your group?
Well about my group is dificult we alredy played against Argelia and Singapure in the las Clasifications games and Brazil is a great team, we will try to do our best in each game and good luck to the rest of the teams.
Your goals for this edition?
I will try to do mu best in each game to se if we have the posibility to reach the next tage.
Favorites to win this edition?
well I dont know to much about all the teams in this edition because i dont have much time in this game but I wish luck to every team.
Expectations for the qualifying round?
We will try to end up un second or third place.

The first team is Spain and then Germany this are my to favorite teams to win the EURO.
