First of all can you tell us something about yourself?

First of all greetings to a whole community of PM!
My name is Keny Bustillos, 26-year-old Venezuelan, exactly the June 4th grade present my work to get the title of Systems Engineering.
I am dedicated to software development and currently work with a business partner of SAP.
I like all sports, especially baseball and football!
VinoTinto lover, to Caracas FC and Real Madrid fan!.
I think this is a very good game I use to distract my mind at work.
This is the third edition of U21-NC. What is your opinion of this event?
I think a very good initiative as it allows coaches of teams avoid the trouble of agreeing friendly.
In future do you think its possible your community co-organize this event?
Well right now the Venezuelan community is very active in the forums ... but we are working to raise the interest of the forums in our country. Perhaps when we have a little more active, we could organize an event.
Expectations for your U21 Team?
We now have a very young team we are giving our little experience and hopefully we do very well in the cup! We will all be done well in the event. VAAN is a great coach and I know that everything will go as far as possible.
Favorites to win this edition?
Spain and Chile have very good team, maybe one will go.
In real life we have the Euro soon. For you which are the favorites to win and expectations for this event also?
Well I think the euro will be hotly contested. But I think that everything will be decided between France, Spain, Germany and Holland. My favorite SPAIN! It's my second nationality.
Something else to add?
I hope that everyone follows the rules of the events and the best man win!

MANAGER : Vaan

First of all can you tell us something about yourself?

My real name is Juan, I teach English at a Highschool in Venezuela. I'm a Real Madrid and Deportivo Tachira Fanatic, used to play football for a 3° category club.
This is the third edition of U21-NC. For you is the second participation and it means an essential event on U21 friendly season planification?
It's my second time at NC, right now we're working on a long term process for Venezuela U21, thinking about U21 WC; I consider NC an essential part of the process, it helps us with the friendly game aspects giving us more time to prepare Data Bases, studying players and oponents.
What do you think about your group?
I think My group is the weakest group, which is good 'cause gives us chances to win more games.
Your goals for this edition?
My goal as U21 coach in this 2nd edition is to win all the games to move up at the ranking as much as possible.
Favorites to win this edition?
I think Portugal and Romania are always favorites.
Expectations for the qualifying round?
We hope to qualify to the U21 WC, we're working really hard on that. our comunity at PM-Venezuela really misses being at the WC, I hope to achieve that goal, not for me but for my comunity.
In real life we have the Euro soon. For you which are the favorites to win and expectations for this event also?
At Euro 2012, I think Spain, Germany and Portugal are Favorites. My personal opinion is that Germany is going to be the Champion.
Something else to add?
I'd like to thank MOD-Curept and Fernan for helping me during this process. Keep the hard Work GUYS!

II EDITION

RANKING: #40

PRESIDENT : El_Bachaco

This is the second edition of Nations Cup. More teams, more fun expected for all. What are the reasons that made your team take part of this tournament?

I think that such an event is a real occasion to teams like our to test their players. This kind of competition, even if played in friendly mode, can offer the right mix of important teams and affordable (for us) ones. This can be also a big show-case for Venezuela and a good starting point for our new NT manager, who can improve his skills and experience before the official matches in the next season.
For you which will be a good result to your team?
We have a team that has dropped down in the ranking during the last seasons (and it's also my fault...), expecially after our results in the past (we won a world cup, but it seems like it happened centuries ago), and we are at a crucial point in our PM history. We are losing users and maybe our young players aren't as much valorized as they deserve by their teams. We have just changed our manager and a new project is starting. At the end we are a small country, so I think it could be a good result if we succeed in playing our matches at the top of our possibilities and make our opponent fight hard to beat us. In the F Group I believe Egypt will gain the first place, so it would be a big score for us achieve the second position, even if I'm sure teams like Algeria and New Zealand will be very hard to play against.
Favorites to win the Nations Cup?
After the last World Cup I believe that Turkey should be named as the favourite team, without any doubt. They have a great team, a very well organized community and a valiant manager as Rasim Bal, so Turkey should start this competition as the main favourite. After them, I see maybe Romania, Brasil and Italy (this last one has always shown great managers in many countries, even if the NT has lost some positions in the ranking).
Would you like to have and join in next editions of Nations Cup?
Maybe for us it would be better to see what will happen in this edition, but I think it will always be a pleasure and a big honor to our country to join competitions like this one.
Something else to add?
First of all, I want to thank Cure_pt for having taken care of this event's organization and have accepted Venezuela as partecipant. Than I wish good luck to all the teams involved! I hope everyone can enjoy this cup.
